Overview
Were seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support client-facing hospitality and sponsorship initiatives. This role will ensure smooth execution of sponsorship-related events, maintaining compliance with company policy and procedures for external client hosting and engagement.
Youll collaborate with internal marketing teams, event planners, and business partners to coordinate event logistics, deliver exceptional client experiences, and uphold brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for hospitality and sponsorship event coordination.

Ensure all event activities adhere to corporate policy and compliance standards.

Manage approvals, documentation, and reporting for sponsorship and hosting activities.

Partner with marketing, compliance, and stakeholder teams to support event execution.

Track and manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Support administrative processes related to event marketing and external engagement.
Required Qualifications
6+ months of experience in Marketing, Events, or Digital Marketing, or equivalent.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a structured, compliance-driven environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience in hospitality or client-facing event coordination is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting corporate sponsorships or executive client events.

Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.

Understanding of marketing processes and event approval workflows.
