In this role, youll get to

• Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agodas new & emerging marketing channels.
• Conduct end?to?end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data?driven decisions for channel growth.
• Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using tools such as SQL or Tableau.
• Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.

What youll need to succeed

• 4?6 years of experience in a data analyst position in tech, consulting, e?commerce, or digital marketing.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
• Strong analytical skills and a data?driven mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights and impactful recommendations.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouses (SQL, Tableau, MS Excel).
• Innovative problem?solving skills and the ability to tackle complex, non?linear challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to influence and persuade at senior levels.
