Job Description Senior Designer – Premium Wine & Spirits Brands , Highland Park, IL (Onsite, 5 days/week) Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 About The Role Our client, a family-owned global wine & spirits company , is seeking a Senior Designer to join their in-house creative team. This group develops and elevates a portfolio of award‑winning premium brands, from sparkling wines and artisanal rums to innovative gins and liqueurs, celebrated around the world for their craftsmanship and design excellence. As a Senior Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing these brands to life across packaging, identity, and promotional materials. You’ll manage projects from concept to production, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and help shape the creative direction of globally recognized beverage brands. You Will Lead and execute design projects from concept through final production Create packaging, brand identity, and marketing materials that reflect each brand’s essence Partner with photographers, illustrators, and vendors to ensure visual consistency and quality Steward existing brand standards while contributing fresh ideas for future innovation Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, creative environment You Have 5+ years of design experience (packaging or brand identity in wine, spirits, or luxury CPG preferred) BFA or equivalent in Design, Packaging, or related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strategic thinker with strong conceptual design skills Detail‑oriented, organized, and adaptable to shifting priorities Positive, collaborative mindset with a passion for premium brand design Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology • Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
