Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company This role fits within the Growth team at BILL. The BILL website supports and drives pipeline for multiple products and customer segments, and is a key driver of new business for the company. They are ultimately accountable to monthly/quarterly pipeline goals by product and segment. This role’s scope includes UX, conversion rate optimization, and SEO. They will lead a high-performing team while also helping to execute and maximize the potential of our platform, Webflow. They are responsible for working cross-functionally to ensure additions and changes to the site support our business’ growth goals. This role is also responsible for setting the overall strategy and roadmap for the website. We’d love to chat if you have: • 12+ years of experience in the B2B web/digital marketing space • Driven measurable results in both PLG and lead generation • Understanding of B2B user journeys and how the website supports them • Proven ability to drive projects that improve conversion rate • Demonstrable experience leading performance-oriented SEO teams with aggressive growth goals • Collaborated with developers to improve website experiences • Worked cross functionally to understand the goals of teams like Product Marketing, Brand, Growth, etc. and incorporate them into the website roadmap • Owned the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Webflow or other similar web platforms • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce • People-first mentality to management and ability to build and empower a successful web marketing team The estimated salary

range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
