Base pay range
$65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr
What you'll do
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety.
Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitoring compliance; and maintaining supporting documentation.
Identify associate, customer and/or supplier concerns, consult with others as needed, and recommend corrective actions to resolve issues.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, and modeling Logistics and company procedures; identify training needs and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience.
2 years Walmart Logistics experience.
2 years supervisory experience.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Walmart Logistics Manager.
Bachelors: Business.
Bachelors: Logistics.
