MARC Media Gainesville is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success.

Job Expectations:

• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct warm calling to generate leads and schedule meetings
• Present product offerings to clients and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience preferred
• Proven experience in sales or business development
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience in account management and customer relationship building
• Previous radio sales experience is preferred

Pay:

• $55,000-$80,000/per year
• Commission Pay
