What You’ll Do

The Public Relations Account Executive (AE) will manage client accounts, develop and execute PR strategies, pitch media, secure media coverage, build relationships with journalists, and monitor industry trends. You will lead key accounts and manage a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in client execution and strategy while leading junior team members and interns.

  • Lead client strategy and execution across multiple industries (e.g., restaurants, franchising, banking, commercial real estate, et al) from positioning and messaging to proactive media relations and thought leadership.
  • Elevate client visibility through exceptional writing, storytelling, and media relationships.
  • Drive results that matter, ensuring every campaign is aligned with client objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership on new business development.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2-4 years of PR or communications experience, including prior agency experience (required).
  • Proven ability to lead integrated PR campaigns across both B2B and B2C sectors.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills; you know how to make complex stories clear, compelling, and relevant.
  • Experience leading client accounts, ideally within a small to mid-sized agency setting.
  • A collaborative spirit, entrepreneurial energy, and genuine passion for people and purpose.
