We’re a software development company delivering effective digital solutions to clients around the world, with a strong focus on the U.S. market. Headquartered in sunny San Diego, California, we’ve built a team of over 300 talented professionals across multiple countries. Fueled by courage and curiosity, we go beyond providing services; we dive deep into our clients’ businesses to uncover real needs and tackle key challenges, combining human insight with technology. Our success comes from a deep commitment to results and long-term partnerships built on trust.

We’re looking for a Senior Product & UX/UI Designer ready to take on two exciting challenges and make a visible impact – both on a real product and within our own digital experience practice:

1. Lead the redesign of a high-traffic US data platform. You’ll work with our new US client – a well-established B2B data solutions company trusted by global enterprises like Walmart. Their platform helps marketers and data teams clean, enrich, and secure customer data for better accuracy and ROI.

The company is now modernizing its platform, infrastructure, and overall UX journey, and you’ll be at the heart of that transformation. You’ll take ownership of a live, widely used product, introduce strong research and validation practices, and shape the team’s design process. It’s a high-impact position with visibility across teams and an opportunity to mentor the design team.

2. Strengthen and expand our own Digital Experience department. We’re growing fast and need a senior designer who can independently lead client conversations, support pre‑sales activities, and facilitate design workshops. You’ll collaborate with international clients across various industries, define UX strategies, and translate insights into real solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refine a design process in the product to integrate discovery, research, validation, and usability measurement.
  • Establish continuous and realistic discovery routines, including focus groups, surveys, and contextual inquiries.
  • Create and maintain data‑driven user personas and ensure they inform all design and product decisions.
  • Introduce usability metrics and ensure post‑launch user feedback loops are embedded into the product lifecycle to measure the success of the platform redesign.
  • Act as a design advocate within the organization, promoting user‑centered thinking and cross‑team collaboration.
  • Mentor the UI/UX designer, fostering skill growth in research, interaction design, and design systems.
  • Contribute to the platform redesign by ensuring solutions that deliver measurable value for both users and the business.

Research & Validation

  • Plan and execute research activities to validate assumptions, test new concepts, and identify user pain points.
  • Build and maintain a research repository to centralize insights and ensure traceability across projects.
  • Partner with product management to translate user findings into actionable product requirements and design priorities.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional grooming sessions with engineers to validate feasibility early in the design process.
  • Partner with product manager, engineers, and QA to ensure clarity, technical alignment, and traceability from concept to release.
  • Oversee UX/UI execution and ensure design deliverables meet quality and consistency standards.
  • Collaborate with the UI/UX designer to develop well‑researched design concepts and high‑quality final deliverables.
  • Participate in design reviews and post‑release evaluations to ensure usability goals are achieved.
  • Lead discovery sessions and design workshops with clients to uncover real user and business needs.
  • Support pre‑sales efforts by collaborating on proposals, defining design scope and effort, and helping shape solution pitches.
  • Present UX strategies, concepts, and prototypes to clients and stakeholders, clearly communicating design thinking and value.
  • Partner with sales and delivery teams to turn opportunities into well‑defined, successful projects.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, including 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity – ideally within IT consulting or other dynamic, client‑facing environments.
  • Proven track record in end‑to‑end product design – spanning discovery, ideation, validation, and delivery.
  • Hands‑on experience establishing or optimizing UX processes within live, evolving product ecosystems.
  • Solid understanding of UX maturity models and the ability to embed sustainable, recurring design practices across organizations.
  • Close collaboration experience with engineering teams in agile or cross‑functional environments.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or other complex systems involving multiple user roles and workflows.
  • Strong foundation in accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Advanced command of UX research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data synthesis.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, tokens, and design system organization.
  • Familiarity with usability measurement frameworks and data‑driven evaluation techniques.
  • Fluent in Russian and English, with the ability to communicate naturally and persuasively in both team and client settings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pre‑sales or client consulting, with the ability to translate business goals into design opportunities.
  • Background in service design or process mapping (e.g., customer journey maps, service blueprints).
  • Familiarity with our key domains – healthcare, fintech, AI, and SaaS – and an understanding of their unique UX challenges.
  • Curiosity and openness toward AI‑driven tools and emerging design methodologies.

  • We’re a company where curiosity fuels everything – from bold ideas to personal growth.
  • We believe common sense drives smart decisions. It keeps us focused and helps move fast, without the noise.

  • You’ll be heard here, even when you challenge the status quo. Because courage matters. Who dares – wins.
