Role Description

Are you an experienced marketer or business development professional seeking to align your career with meaningful work?

This opportunity allows you to represent premium personal development programs in a consultative, values-aligned way. You’ll engage in authentic conversations with motivated individuals seeking personal or professional transformation — while earning through a commission-based model that rewards purpose-driven effort.

What You Will Do

• Promote powerful personal growth programs through digital and social platforms
• Conduct structured discovery conversations with interested individuals
• Manage your own schedule (10–15 hrs/week min recommended)
• Participate in weekly virtual development sessions and team collaboration
• Work with a global network of professionals doing values-driven work

Ideal Background

• 5+ years in sales, consulting, coaching, business development, or similar
• High emotional intelligence and strong people skills
• Experience with digital platforms (Zoom, LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.)
• Self-directed, values-aligned, and entrepreneurial
• Based in Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the USA
