Equifax is hiring: Director, Animation in Alpharetta

Equifax is hiring a Director of Animation to support internal customers with best‑in‑class creative projects. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Creative and focuses on executing motion graphic design for deliverables that support the Equifax brand.

What You’ll Do

• Design and produce best‑in‑class creative that follows brand standards in various animation projects.
• Ensure final projects are delivered efficiently and on time to meet demanding deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Director, Creative and other stakeholders to enhance all project elements.
• Research and implement emerging trends and AI technologies in day‑to‑day workflows.

What Experience You Need

• 7+ years of work experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video production.
• Excellent Mac skills with deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) and presentation design using PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Experience in B2B design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative talents.
• Attention to detail for consistency and brand alignment across all projects.
• Excellent prioritizing, organizational skills, and ability to work well under pressure in a high‑volume, fast‑turn environment.
• Self‑starter with a strong work ethic.
• Analytical problem‑solving and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to collaborate.
• Ability to work with ambiguity.
• BA degree in fields related to design, video, or marketing.
