Overview

The Opportunity: The Production Manager for the In-House Creative Services team will lead our in-house creative team and global design partners, streamline workflows to improve speed-to-market, and actively elevate the creative quality across all touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative operations and design excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the end-to-end creative production workflow, brief intake, stakeholder alignment, resource allocation, and output delivery
  • Improve ongoing processes to reduce turnaround time and increase efficiency, using data-driven insights and time-tracking analysis
  • Integrate and champion emerging AI tools and platforms to automate repetitive tasks and enhance creative capabilities
  • Collaborate with overseas design teams to scale production and maintain quality across outputs
  • Maintain and evolve creative templates, automation systems, and content management tools
  • Contribute to day-to-day design work, including building and refining Figma templates and visual assets
  • Ensure creative excellence across design and branded content
  • Provide mentorship and feedback to internal and external creative teams, fostering a culture of craft and innovation
  • Present creative solutions to cross-functional stakeholders with clarity and confidence, generating buy-in and excitement

The Experience You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Creative Production or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Creative Production, with a background as a Creative Director, Studio Manager, or Production Manager
  • 5+ years of experience managing in-house, remote and overseas Designers
  • Advanced level computer skills with basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Proven ability to implement workflow improvements and drive innovation using AI and automation tools
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design craft, problem-solving, and template systems (in Figma)
  • Deep understanding of brand development and marketing principles
  • Experience with creative/project management tools and systems
  • Strong network in the creative industry for sourcing freelancers and vendors
  • Intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, and a collaborative spirit
