Your New Role
Manager is assigned to primarily support all WBP theatrical marketing campaigns, with to lead future initiatives. Under the direction of Creative Services Directors, the manager oversees worldwide marketing and advertising campaign materials for titles including print and digital assets.
Accountabilities
- Support all WBP theatrical marketing campaigns, expanding into leading roles as needed.
- Manage print (Key Art, OOH, In‑Theater) and digital (Media, Keyart Debut, OOH, Sponsorship) campaign assets worldwide.
- Collaborate with Digital, Publicity, Promotions, Consumer Products and Home Entertainment on synergy and implementation of theatrical marketing assets.
- Work with creative teams through the print campaign process, develop assets with creative vendors, handle exploration, comps and finishing phases.
- Manage comprehensive clearance and approval process on advertising/marketing materials with legal teams.
- Assist Creative Services Directors with Creative and Font Asset Data documents on all artwork finishing, ensuring vendors adhere to WB protocols.
- Track production timelines and delivery schedules for print and digital assets.
- Develop, execute and produce finished Digital OOH materials and Lower Thirds using TV spots and/or other digital media.
- Compile art overview and placement charts for legal and media approval for outdoor campaigns.
- Manage delivery and scheduling of Digital OOH materials with Media Department, posting companies and finishing vendors.
- Deliver finished assets to Adstream platform for digital and print asset launch/debut.
- Attend marketing materials meeting and other departmental meetings, providing feedback and updates on creative materials.
- Secure unit photography with the Photo Department.
- Prepare assets for filmmaker meetings and presentations.
- Oversee art creation and execution for special events such as Comic Con, CinemaCon and film festival screenings.
- Support special projects involving internal and filmmaker requests (e.g., trade ads, senior leadership requests).
- Cover for other Directors’ titles when they are out of office.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in marketing, creative advertising and entertainment.
- High School diploma or equivalent (required); BA/BS degree preferred (art, design, entertainment/creative studies).
- Intermediate/advanced working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and relevant file formats.
- Video editing experience preferred (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable with both PC and Mac platforms.
- Standard file sharing systems knowledge (Wiredrive, WeTransfer, Dropbox).
- Ability to learn and navigate WB platform applications for asset delivery.
