We’re looking for a mid‑senior level Graphic Designer to support our client in the outdoor recreation industry for a full‑time 2‑month contract.

Engagement Details

• Full‑time contract (40 hours/week)
• Duration: ~2 months (through January 2026)
• Fully‑remote
• Must be located and available to work U.S. business hours (EST/CST preferred)
• The pay for this W‑2 position ranges from $36.00 - $42.00 per hour.

Role Overview

The contractor will support brand and marketing needs across a variety of projects and channels. They should be able to jump into existing files, follow established brand guidelines, and create refined, accurate deliverables with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with brand illustrations and other established brand elements, e.g. altering existing assets, creating variations, and extending the established style when needed.
• Execute production tasks such as resizing, versioning, localization, and final file preparation.
• Work efficiently in Figma using components, auto‑layout, styles, and variants to keep systems scalable.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret task briefs and deliver high‑quality design outputs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Keep files organized and production‑ready (clear naming, component structure, export settings).
• Manage deadlines and adapt to evolving priorities in a real‑time environment.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5–8+ years of professional design experience (in‑house or agency).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience working with vector illustration graphics.
• High proficiency in Figma with a strong understanding of efficient workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in production design and high‑volume asset creation.
• Ability to work with illustrations by refining, adapting, or expanding an existing style.
• Strong fundamentals: typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and composition.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality work with limited guidance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Motion/animation experience (After Effects, Premiere).
• Basic 3D skills (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.).
• Experience extending or contributing to design systems.

The pay for this W‑2 position ranges from $36.00 - $42.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
