Job Summary

This Marketing Communications position offers an exciting opportunity to support a leading agricultural science organization's Traits and Systems division. The role requires a creative professional who can navigate complex projects while collaborating with diverse teams across the organization. You will be responsible for developing compelling marketing materials that elevate the company's presence both internally and externally. Pay Range

$30.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing projects in coordination with marketing team, field sales team, agencies, and other stakeholders
• Develop, create, and produce marketing content including one-pagers, brochures, presentations, guides, and videos
• Attend project meetings as aligned with the Marketing Communications Manager
• Work cross-functionally to accomplish goals and objectives across the organization
• Prioritize workload and manage multiple time-sensitive requests simultaneously
• Collaborate with various key stakeholders to ensure project success
• Proactively engage in projects and initiatives while maintaining attention to detail
• Deliver solutions-oriented approaches to marketing challenges
• Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high-quality standards

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated initiative and understanding of the Marketing Communications process
• Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work across diverse teams
• Solutions-oriented problem-solving approach

Experience

• 3-5 years of marketing or sales experience
