Lifecycle Marketing Lead
to join our team, and help us provide the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients.

What you’ll do as the Lifecycle Marketing Lead
Own email and SMS from start to finish — segmentation, content strategy, automation flows, campaign execution, and reporting.
Design and implement lifecycle strategies that grow 30, 90, and 365‑day LTV across pet parents and SplootPack members.
Build and optimize campaigns, flows, and automations that celebrate milestones, encourage preventive care, and bring pet parents back for every check‑up.
Collaborate with the creative team to turn insights into engaging, on‑brand content that connects emotionally and drives measurable results.
Continuously test and personalize through A/B testing, segmentation, and customer‑journey mapping.
Ensure CRM health and compliance: manage list hygiene, deliverability, and adherence to CAN‑SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR.
Work cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and clinic operations to deliver a cohesive experience — from first visit to lifelong care.
Explore and launch loyalty and referral programs that strengthen the SplootPack community.
Own performance reporting, translating data into clear recommendations that influence creative, product, and retention strategy.
Oversee global CRM operations, ensuring localization, technical setup, and infrastructure are optimized for scalable growth.
This is a hybrid role based at Sploot HQ and requiring the successful candidate to live locally in Denver.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field — or equivalent experience.
5–7 years in CRM, lifecycle, or email/SMS marketing within e‑commerce, pet, or healthcare services.
Hands‑on experience with Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or Attentive (or similar platforms).
Proven track record of increasing LTV, retention, and repeat purchase rates through CRM programs.
Analytical thinker with a creative streak — you love using data to inspire messaging and design improvements.
Comfortable owning both strategy and execution in a fast‑moving, startup‑style environment.
Strong project management and collaboration skills across teams.
Passion for pets and purpose‑driven brands that make people’s lives better.
How You’ll Be Measured
Revenue contribution from CRM channels (email + SMS)
Retention and repeat‑purchase improvements across customer cohorts
Engagement performance: open, click, and conversion rates
List health and deliverability benchmarks

Competitive base pay or salary range: $100,000 - $135,000 plus performance bonus
