POSITION SUMMARY: The Vice President, Marketing Communications is the quarterback of the company's integrated marketing engine — driving how the brand shows up across every channel, campaign, and customer experience. This role manages a team of 5 direct reports and leads the full ecosystem of advertising, media, SEM, content, and creative, translating brand and business priorities into cohesive communications that drive performance and brand equity. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, this individual is the key orchestrator of go-to-market plans, responsible for creative excellence, channel performance, and campaign consistency from concept to conversion.

Key Qualifications
12 to 15+ years in integrated marketing, advertising, or communications leadership roles.
Proven experience leading internal creative, content, and media teams.
Deep expertise across paid media, SEM, and omni-channel marketing.
Strong experience managing external agencies and large-scale advertising campaigns.
Skilled in GTM planning, brand storytelling, and cross-functional alignment.
Background in retail, consumer, or multi-location businesses preferred.
Success Metrics
Media and SEM performance (ROI, ROAS, traffic, conversion).
Campaign execution on time, on budget, and on strategy.
Growth in brand awareness, engagement, and sales contribution.
Quality, speed, and impact of internal creative and content output.
Alignment of PR, Events, and Visual activities to enterprise campaign strategy.
