Mechanism Design Architect
to design and implement game theoretically secure mechanisms for our protocol. This is a Senior role that combines deep expertise in game theory, incentive design, and blockchain technology to create sustainable and secure mechanisms for staking incentives, closed-loop systems, and long-term ecosystem growth. The ideal candidate will be able to help us align with long-term organizational objectives, ensure game-theoretical security, and foster stakeholder engagement. This is a leadership role requiring a visionary mindset, a passion for innovation, and a proven ability to implement complex economic systems in Bitcoin. Responsibilities
Economic Mechanism Design & Strategy
Ensure economic mechanisms are secure and resistant to manipulation or exploitation. Define distribution strategies that balance growth, investor confidence, and long-term sustainability. Align Char Network's economic design with broader ecosystem partners such as stakers and L2s. Keep current on cutting-edge trends and innovations in blockchain-based economic systems, and share research summaries to the team. Security
Conduct rigorous analysis to identify vulnerabilities and implement safeguards. Develop metrics to monitor network health and fault risk. Growth & Sustainability
Work with marketing, engineering, and community teams to ensure smooth execution of economic strategies. Lead initiatives that drive adoption and long-term value creation. Continuously monitor and refine economic models for optimal performance. Qualifications
Must-Haves
Proven experience in architecting, designing and implementing incentive mechanisms in blockchain or similar domains. Strong understanding of game theory, economics, tokens, and blockchain technologies. Track record of creating secure and sustainable economic systems in decentralized environments. Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders. Nice to Have
Advanced degree in economics, mathematics, game theory, or related fields. Experience working in high-growth Web3 startups or DAOs. Familiarity with smart contract development and implementation.
