Senior Graphic Designer

to join our New York team. Key Responsibilities

Conceptual Design:

Develop and execute innovative design concepts for a wide range of event and marketing needs, translating client briefs and creative direction into compelling visual solutions. Design Application & Production:

Create impactful 2D assets across all touchpoints, including event branding, digital graphics, print collateral, presentations, signage, and environmental graphics. Collaboration with 3D Design:

Work closely with 3D designers to integrate 2D graphics and branding into event environments, ensuring a seamless and immersive visual experience from concept to completion. Presentation & Proposal Design:

Design high‑impact, persuasive pitch decks and new business proposals that clearly communicate our creative vision and win clients. Brand & Identity:

Support the development and application of visual branding and identity elements for events and internal projects, ensuring consistency and impact. Team Collaboration:

Work alongside the creative director, project managers, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of all design work. Client Engagement:

Assist in client presentations, clearly articulating design concepts and incorporating feedback effectively. Trend Awareness:

Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends in graphic design, typography, materials, and technologies to continuously elevate our design offerings. What We're Looking For

Experience:

Ideally 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency, events, or experiential marketing setting. Portfolio:

A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your expertise in layout, typography, brand application, digital design, and print design. Experience with event collateral or proposal decks is highly desirable. Software Proficiency:

Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). High proficiency in presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides). Familiarity with digital design tools (Figma) or motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus. Collaborative Spirit:

Proven ability to work alongside other creatives, including 3D designers, copywriters, and creative directors. Creative Vision:

Strong aesthetic sensibilities and the ability to think creatively and strategically both autonomously and with a team. Technical Understanding:

Solid understanding of print production processes, digital design principles, and how to apply designs across various media. Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills. Problem‑Solver:

A proactive and adaptable individual who can troubleshoot design challenges and offer innovative solutions. Team Player:
