Role Overview We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong technical foundation in SEO, paid search advertising, and metadata optimization. This is a hands‑on role focused on execution, performance analysis, and client relationship management.
You will design and manage search campaigns that blend organic and paid strategy, implementing structured data, optimizing metadata, and automating insights through analytics and reporting systems. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy, performance, and technical precision.
Core Responsibilities Technical SEO and Metadata Optimization
Perform full‑site SEO audits addressing crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
Implement, validate, and maintain structured data (Schema.org) for key content types including Organization, Article, FAQ, Product, LocalBusiness, and Breadcrumb.
Optimize and manage all metadata across web properties including meta titles, meta descriptions, and OG tags for social share optimization.
Header hierarchy (H1–H6), alt text, and internal linking strategy.
Robots.txt directives, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and hreflang when applicable.
Manage Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to monitor coverage and indexing issues.
Conduct keyword research and SERP analysis using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Keyword Planner.
Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure metadata and structured content are properly integrated within CMS frameworks such as WordPress, Shopify, or custom systems.
Track ranking improvements and visibility shifts using analytics dashboards and reporting automation.
Paid Search (PPC)
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max networks.
Manage audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and negative keyword structures.
Create and test ad copy variations and landing page experiences to improve CTR and conversion rate.
Implement conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Manage budget pacing and performance forecasts while ensuring account compliance and data accuracy.
Provide monthly and quarterly recommendations based on ROI and CPA trends.
Client Management and Reporting
Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned clients, leading monthly strategy calls, performance reviews, and proactive updates.
Build and maintain automated dashboards using Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or Supermetrics for consolidated performance tracking.
Present technical and creative recommendations clearly to both marketing and executive stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal design, content, and engineering teams to align organic and paid strategies with client business goals.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and paid search performance.
Demonstrated technical SEO skills including schema markup, metadata strategy, canonical management, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
Hands‑on experience with GA4, GTM, Google Ads, and Search Console.
Advanced proficiency in Looker Studio or equivalent BI tools for reporting automation.
Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS environments.
Strong understanding of search intent, CTR optimization, and conversion path analysis.
Knowledge of AI‑assisted campaign optimization tools or feed‑based ad structures.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Agency experience is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range:
$75,000–$90,000 , depending on experience.
