Growth Marketing Manager Pinwheel — Building the future of financial services in partnership with the biggest brands

We are looking for a growth marketer who is passionate about performance, obsessed with results, and motivated by the pressure to deliver a qualified sales pipeline week-over-week as we work to achieve Pinwheel’s growth goals.

What you’ll be doing

Develop, own, and execute the overarching strategy for demand generation campaigns that span product content, customer announcements, case studies, webinars, white papers, and more to meet pipeline and revenue targets.

Lead campaign development end-to-end: concept, planning, production, launch, and performance measurement.

Direct and optimize use of HubSpot and Salesforce systems; create repeatable, automated processes that drive predictable pipeline generation.

Create brand-aligned content driven by performance data across email, social, and landing pages.

Maintain a dynamic weekly campaign calendar, prioritize highest-impact efforts, and manage cross-functional deadlines.

Partner with SDRs and Account Executives to set up campaigns, build a closed-loop feedback system, and accelerate lead quality and conversion.

Analyze, forecast, and report on campaign ROI and pipeline contribution; reallocate resources and inform strategy.

Represent demand generation performance in marketing and leadership forums.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience driving demand generation and pipeline growth in a B2B SaaS hyper‑growth technology environment.

Proven record of email channel marketing expertise spanning audience strategy, campaign strategy, creative strategy, HubSpot campaign execution, database management, deliverability, and performance optimization.

Deep experience in HubSpot operations and Salesforce integration; ability to design and scale systems for campaign management and optimization.

High accountability for meeting weekly and monthly pipeline metrics; ownership of mistakes and learning.

Highly analytical and metrics‑driven; data‑driven decision making.

Mastery of performance data and clear communication; constant performance focus.

Collaborative; deliver outsized results by partnering cross‑functionally.

High degree of accountability and comfort operating autonomously within a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Expected cash salary range for this role is $125,000 – $147,000.
