This role supports three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, give showroom tours, arrange measurements, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. They support stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary. They ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to help meet department and store goals.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the store and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs
Provide showroom tours, assist with measurements, and review room designs
Make purchasing recommendations to customers
Monitor and restock samples and brochures as needed
Maintain an appealing and safe showroom environment consistent with store appearance priorities
Contribute to achieving store and department goals through sales support
