Overview
Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome them to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, arrange for kitchen and/or bath measures, and review room designs to make purchasing recommendations. They support stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary. They help ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals. Responsibilities
Welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up for kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment under the Store Appearance priority.
