Designer - Kitchen/Bath role at The Home Depot. Designers support three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service by welcoming customers, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up kitchen and/or bath measures, meeting with customers to review room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to meet department and store goals. Responsibilities
Provide fast, thorough, and friendly customer service; welcome customers and assess kitchen/bath project needs. Offer showroom tours, set up measurements, and review room designs with customers to make purchasing recommendations. Monitor stock levels of samples and brochures; restock as necessary to keep displays current. Maintain store appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms are attractive, organized, and safe. Collaborate with store teams to drive sales and support department and store goals.
