Senior Analyst of Marketing
on the Marketing Effectiveness team will lead data analysis, develop strategic insights, and ensure that data-driven decisions inform every aspect of our marketing. Responsibilities
Campaign Reporting & Performance
– Oversee the design and development of campaign and competitive performance reports, track performance, provide testing data, and deliver insight-based recommendations to optimize results. Data Strategy & Analytics
– Wrangle data in collaboration with data engineering, analyze large datasets to identify patterns and actionable insights, and align campaign goals with data-driven objectives. Team Leadership & Development
– Provide oversight for external agency reporting, build and document processes, present insights during cross‑functional meetings, collaborate with media and creative teams, and stay current with emerging analytics tools. What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or related fields, preferably within an advertising or digital marketing agency. Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL) and proficiency in data manipulation and visualization software. Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication, presentation, and indirect management skills. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Experience with A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and digital campaign measurement. Proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques is a plus. Equal Opportunity Employer

Base salary range: $93,700–$140,500 per year. Additional compensation may include annual and long‑term incentives. Location & Work Hours
Effective from the date Hasbro opens its new Boston location. The position is onsite Tuesday–Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Boston, MA, with interim onsite work at Pawtucket, RI.
