Overview Designer role supporting three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up kitchen and/or bath measures, meeting with customers to review room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. Designers support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers help drive sales to meet department and store goals.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers, assess project needs, provide showroom tours, and assist with design discussions and purchasing recommendations.
Coordinate measures for kitchen and/or bath projects and follow up with customers on designs.
Monitor and restock samples and brochures to support In Stock initiatives.
Maintain store appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms are appealing and safe.
Drive sales by aligning service with store priorities.
