Kitchen Designer

Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot supports three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome them to the store, assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up for kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. They also support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. They support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

Responsibilities

Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers; welcome customers to the store; assess kitchen and/or bath project needs; provide showroom tours; set up for kitchen and/or bath measures; meet with customers to review room designs; and make purchasing recommendations.

Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary.

Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment.

Drive sales to support department and store goals by supporting store priorities.
