Designer - Kitchen/Bath

The Home Depot Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome them to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, arrange for kitchen and/or bath measures, and meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. They support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service by welcoming customers, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, giving showroom tours, arranging for measurements, and reviewing room designs with purchasing recommendations.
Support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary.
Support Store Appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment.
Contribute to driving sales to support department and store goals.
