Overview Greystar is a leading, fully integrated global real‑estate platform offering expertise in property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional‑quality rental housing. Job Responsibilities

Support the execution of strategies for achieving operational excellence by generating and analyzing reports on the company’s performance, and providing management and others with data and input to formulate strategies, programs, and actions for improving operating and financial results.

Compile and analyze the company’s financial information to prepare operating and financial reports, summaries, and business plans for management, and create equity and financing packages summarizing the highlights, requirements, market information, and other financial data for corporate decisions.

Gather data and develop reports and trend analyses on rent‑levels and occupancy figures by performing analysis of rent appropriateness to determine recommendations to improve financial levels.

Assist in completing and preparing rolling five‑year strategic plans, coordinate underwriting process for large and opportunistic transactions, and oversee investment and co‑investment programs.

Prepare and review budgets, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents, research and resolve discrepancies as necessary.

Perform market surveys for due diligence by preparing metrics, comparing and analyzing data, and finalizing roll‑ups for audits.

Complete various financial, accounting, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and perform other duties as assigned or as necessary.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a closely related field. • Experience in the multifamily industry demonstrating a strong understanding of multifamily operations, market dynamics, and investment principles. • Practical expertise to support strategic decision‑making and drive performance in a multifamily environment.

Additional Compensation

Corporate Positions: Eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

Onsite Property Positions: Eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
