Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up kitchen and/or bath measures, meeting with customers to review room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Designers support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these three priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
Responsibilities
Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers; welcome customers to the store and assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs.
Provide showroom tours, set up measures, and meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations.
Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary.
Maintain store appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms are appealing and safe.
Support department and store goals by driving sales while prioritizing Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance.
