Position Title: Hospital Liaison/Marketer
Location: The Grand Healthcare System – The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at The Grand at Batavia
Pay Range: $61,000 – $66,000 per year, based on skills and experience.
Position Overview The Grand Healthcare System is dedicated to providing exceptional long‑term care and rehabilitation across our network of facilities. This full‑time role is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with local hospitals and healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient transitions to our care facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Building & Outreach
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers.
Educate referral sources about the services offered by The Grand Healthcare System, highlighting our commitment to excellence in patient care.
Represent the facility at community events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities to increase visibility and generate referrals.
Patient Admissions & Coordination
Coordinate patient admissions, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition from hospital to our facility.
Review medical records and patient histories to make informed decisions about patient care.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, addressing all needs.
Business Development & Marketing
Drive marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to expand our referral network.
Work with internal teams to enhance service offerings and improve patient outcomes.
Promote the facility’s services through presentations and by networking with referral sources.
Additional Responsibilities
Cover the Admissions Coordinator position as needed.
Travel to local healthcare facilities is required – this is not a desk job.
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Self‑driven and passionate about business development and building lasting relationships.
Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare is preferred, with a knack for presentations and networking.
Ability to work independently while being a key part of a collaborative team.
