Key Responsibilities Web Design & Development

Manage and update all company websites and landing pages in WordPress (Elementor) to ensure a fast, accessible, and responsive user experience.

Design, build, and optimize custom pages, popups, and widgets using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Troubleshoot and resolve backend or hosting issues (SSL, caching, DNS, domain redirects).

Implement content updates, graphics, and blog posts aligned with brand tone and SEO standards.

Ensure all designs meet ADA/WCAG accessibility and brand compliance standards.

Design and produce on‑brand creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and Stripo Email.

Marketing Systems & CRM Automation

Build and manage campaigns within Forth CRM, including triggers, webhooks, and field mapping for seamless lead flow.

Manage email and SMS campaigns in Forth CRM, ensuring deliverability and proper segmentation.

Support partner onboarding by setting up new campaigns, post URLs, and data source integrations.

Audit and maintain Forth documents, ensuring accurate mapping and automated processes.

Develop lead flow automations and custom workflows in Zoho CRM to improve pipeline management.

Use Make (Integromat) and Zapier to connect web forms, CRMs, and third‑party tools — automating manual marketing tasks.

Marketing Operations & Vendor Management

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure lead quality, tracking accuracy, and data consistency.

Serve as the technical point of contact for external lead vendors, marketing agencies, and media partners.

Manage and optimize campaign cadence and call routing setups within the Bluerock Communicator phone system.

Maintain and update SharePoint for internal communications, announcements, and document management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

5 years of experience in web design, marketing operations, or marketing technology.

Strong proficiency in WordPress, HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript.

Experience with CRMs (Forth, Zoho, or similar) and automation tools (Make, Zapier).

Working knowledge of DNS, hosting, and performance optimization.

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Stripo, and Canva for creative design and asset production.

Excellent troubleshooting, organization, and cross‑functional communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing API/webhook integrations, lead posting, and credit verification systems.

Familiarity with Bluerock Communicator or other call center software.

Understanding of Google Tag Manager, analytics, and tracking systems.

Knowledge of SEO and responsive UX design principles.
