Prime Hospitality Group (PHG) started with five Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants and has grown to twelve locations, becoming the largest franchise group of the global brand. PHG also operates additional concepts such as Brasserie 23, The Exchange, and Un Deux Trois Café, and has expanded into the hotel hospitality space as a franchisee for Marriott and Hilton. Responsibilities
Create digital and print materials including social graphics, menus, and promotional collateral. Design and distribute promotional email campaigns across brands. Manage social media content calendars, posting, engagement, and influencer coordination to grow brand presence. Support photography, videography, and creative asset organization for brand campaigns. Maintain CRM and guest databases, executing segmented and personalized email and loyalty campaigns. Leverage AI‑assisted design and analytics tools to enhance content creation and measure engagement performance. Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager on campaigns to ensure visual and messaging consistency across platforms. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing materials support business objectives and guest experience. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications. 2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, or creative design roles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and digital marketing tools. Experience using AI‑based creative platforms, analytics, and automation tools. Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication abilities. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and consistency across brands. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments. Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis, IN and travel as needed. Benefits
