Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measurements, review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals. Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the store and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs. Provide showroom tours and arrange for kitchen and/or bath measurements. Discuss room designs with customers and make purchasing recommendations. Monitor stock levels of samples and brochures and restock them as necessary to support Customers First and In Stock initiatives. Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment to support Store Appearance. Base pay
