Overview
Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up measures, and reviewing room designs to make purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to meet department and store goals. Base pay range: $20.50/hr Responsibilities
Provide customer service to assist kitchen and/or bath project needs, including showroom tours and design discussions. Schedule and conduct kitchen and/or bath measures and follow up to review designs and purchase recommendations. Monitor stock levels of samples and brochures; restock as needed. Maintain an appealing, safe showroom and displays, including special order displays. Collaborate with store team to achieve store goals and drive sales. Qualifications
