— Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, arranging for kitchen and/or bath measurements, meeting with customers to review room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to meet department and store goals.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up measurements, review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations.
Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary to support In Stock initiatives.
Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment to support Store Appearance.
Drive sales to support department and store goals.
