Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, and providing showroom tours. They set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. Designers also support the In Stock initiative by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. They support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals. Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the store and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs; provide showroom tours and set up measurements.
