Base pay range $180,000.00/yr - $252,000.00/yr
Meta is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager with a passion for re‑energizing established brands at scale. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing innovative brand marketing programs that solidify the brand’s unique role in society and in people’s lives, deepening brand affinity and product engagement. This role will help shape the future direction of the Facebook brand, and lead a team responsible for developing and executing integrated, US‑based marketing programs spanning in‑product experiences, partnerships and branded content, that help people experience the best of Facebook. The manager will be open, creative, analytical, and maintain high standards for the work. They will connect the dots between the business, product strategy and brand strategy, and extract true insights that translate into effective briefs that spark industry‑leading creativity. You will build influence and drive alignment across matrixed stakeholders, be a highly effective operator, and inspire and support a growing team with care, thoughtfulness and mentorship.
Responsibilities
Shape Facebook’s brand and marketing strategies, identifying opportunities to drive brand growth outside of traditional marketing campaigns.
Set the strategic vision and lead execution of Facebook’s ‘evergreen’ marketing initiatives.
Drive close collaboration with and across internal and external teams/agencies to develop and execute cross‑channel marketing initiatives that excite consumers and drive business results.
Partner with Facebook Product Marketing to ensure that our marketing programs drive product excitement and engagement.
Build alliances with internal and external stakeholders to gain strategic buy‑in of the marketing strategy and roadmap and drive flawless, unified execution across teams.
Model community‑oriented behaviors and build an organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives.
Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of experience with consumer brand marketing at companies with global scale.
5+ years of people‑management experience.
Experience building annual marketing plans, including creating the business case for incremental investment.
Experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and campaigns and initiatives that drive business results.
Experience managing multiple campaigns/initiatives across markets simultaneously.
Experience leading and driving flawless integrated execution across an expansive cross‑functional and highly matrixed organization.
Experience influencing leadership and gaining executive and VP level buy‑in and advocacy.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading consumer marketing for large‑scale tech brands.
Experience working and thriving in an ambiguous, agile environment.
Tech sector experience.
Experience leading a brand turnaround, including setting the strategy and driving multi‑channel consumer marketing programs that drive brand sentiment and use/engagement.
