Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome them to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Designers support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these three priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
Responsibilities
Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers and assess kitchen/bath project needs.
Provide showroom tours, set up measurements, and discuss room designs with customers to make purchasing recommendations.
Monitor and restock samples and brochures to support In Stock priorities.
Maintain an appealing and safe showroom environment by managing special order displays.
Drive sales to meet department and store goals by supporting Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance.
