Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, giving showroom tours, setting up kitchen and/or bath measures, and meeting with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs.
Provide showroom tours and set up measurements.
Meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations.
Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary.
Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment.
