Trade Marketing Specialist
Remote across Germany - will require travel.

Trade Marketing Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in delivering winning retail excellence and brand activation for the company’s products in Germany.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver on the retail excellence and brand activation business goals and strategy—translating this into winning executional plans in market.
Collaborate with country and category managers, driving consistency of selling tools across categories and delivery in time for key selling cycles.
Partner with sales and marketing to execute on annual plans in market across all category priorities, supporting POS requirements & delivery for priority categories in local market.
Build the overall retail excellence capability, contributing to the overall commercial strategy leadership group and elevating the customer development experience.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a large FMCG/consumer health environment—ideally in shopper, brand activation, trade marketing, or sales teams.
Channel understanding—experienced in German FMCG retail channels.
Ability to understand and translate analytical insights.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
