Deliverables

Monitor engagement and respond to basic inquiries or comments as needed.
Track and report on basic metrics to demonstrate growth and consistency.
Collaborate with the business owner to refine content strategy as the online presence develops.
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts for small businesses or educational services.
Strong understanding of content scheduling tools and platform best practices (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain consistency in posting and brand messaging.
Familiarity with accessibility and inclusivity best practices in social media.
Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Experience with academic or coaching services is a plus.
