Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up kitchen and/or bath measures, and meeting with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. Designers support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals. Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs Provide showroom tours and set up measurements for kitchen and/or bath projects Meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations Assess and restock samples and brochures to support In Stock initiatives Maintain an appealing and safe showroom environment by supporting Store Appearance Contribute to driving sales in support of department and store goals Qualifications
