ameriCARE Marketing Director
Location: Colorado (Hybrid/Field-Based)
Reports To: Agency Administrator / CEO
Classification: Full-Time, Exempt
About the Role We are a licensed Class B Home Care Agency in Colorado seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Director to lead our outreach, brand development, and client acquisition efforts. The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in promoting our home care services to clients, families, referral sources, and community partners, helping us grow our reputation as a trusted care provider across Colorado.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and referral volume.
Design and implement community outreach programs, events, and partnerships with hospitals, senior centers, and healthcare professionals.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media content.
Manage online presence through the agency’s website, SEO, and social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with leadership and care coordination teams to ensure marketing messages align with service offerings and agency values.
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations governing home care advertising and communications.
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Foster relationships with local organizations, referral networks, and community stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, home care, or senior services.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies.
Experience managing budgets and developing marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with community partners.
Knowledge of Colorado home care industry and regulations (preferred).
Proficiency in CRM and marketing analytics tools.
