Overview The Lead Director of Performance Content & Customer Growth (Pharmacy Consumer Wellness Content) is a strategic innovator who bridges high-impact content marketing with data-driven customer growth strategies. Data‑Driven Content Framework: Establish robust measurement systems utilizing search data, digital traffic insights, and customer behavior analytics to inform content development and optimization

Cross‑Functional Leadership & Collaboration
Matrix Team Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning creative, analytics, SEO, product, and external agency partners in fast‑paced delivery cycles

Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external creative agencies, technology partners, and content platforms to maximize efficiency and impact
Performance Optimization & Analytics
Content Performance Analytics: Leverage advanced data analysis to optimize content across channels including video, email, affiliate, SEO, influencer partnerships, and third‑party publisher networks
Customer Segmentation & Personalization: Develop sophisticated CRM strategies and audience segmentation approaches to deliver personalized content experiences at scale
ROI Measurement: Create quantifiable frameworks that directly tie content marketing efforts to business results including traffic, conversion, and customer lifetime value
Channel Strategy & Digital Ecosystem Management
Omnichannel Content Orchestration: Support integrated campaigns across owned channels, social platforms, mobile, email, and emerging digital touchpoints
Content Calendar & Publishing Operations: Manage comprehensive editorial calendars and publishing workflows that ensure consistent, compliant, and high‑performing content delivery

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership with demonstrated success in both content marketing and digital customer growth. Proven track record in retail, e‑commerce, healthcare, or consumer brands with experience scaling content operations.
6+ years of digital platform mastery including content management systems, martech tools, and emerging content technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced data fluency with ability to craft executive‑ready narratives backed by robust analytics and market sizing
SEO and digital traffic optimization experience with deep understanding of search data application to content strategy
Strategic consulting background preferred, with ability to structure ambiguous business scenarios into clear, actionable strategies
Matrix management excellence with proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments

Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required. MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
