Job Requirements Sweetwater, the nation’s #1 online retailer of musical instruments and pro audio gear, is looking for a part‑time Photographer to join our Product Photography team. Knowledge of DSLR cameras. Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus but not required. A typical shift will be Monday – Friday, photographing dozens of guitars for our website and catalog. Understanding of strobe lighting and prior experience photographing all types of products in different environments. Available Monday – Friday time slots: 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm. Job Responsibilities Photograph various musical equipment and instruments coming through the Guitar Gallery. Set up proper lighting equipment to capture the perfect image of our equipment. Collaborate with and communicate with assistants on photography needs. Work on a team of individuals to accomplish all goals. Job Qualifications Prior experience with lighting equipment. Knowledge and understanding of DSLR cameras. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent multitasking skills. Team player with a positive attitude. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Problem‑solving capabilities. Love for music and the products Sweetwater sells is a bonus. Physical stamina for constant kneeling, bending, crouching, and lifting during long periods of shooting. Submit a resume and portfolio of completed work with the application.
