Marketing Director - Consumer Tech / Wellness (Foundational Role) Location:

With a fully functional beta already live across mobile and web, the company is entering an exciting phase of growth, preparing for go-to-market and international brand scaling. Their mission is to make personal wellness more accessible, engaging, and stigma-free through cutting-edge technology and creative brand storytelling.
Role Overview We're looking for a
Marketing Director
to take full ownership of the brand, growth, and customer acquisition strategy. This is a
foundational hire
who will sit at the leadership table, work directly with the executive team, and act as the strategic and creative lead across all marketing functions. You'll manage a marketing budget (~$1M in year one), oversee agency relationships, and scale performance across key channels including paid social, influencer, content, and SEO/SEM.
Key Projects Define and execute the go-to-market and brand strategy Build a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels Manage and scale paid digital campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) Lead influencer, content, and social marketing efforts Evaluate and manage agency partners and outsourced resources Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and finance teams
Required Background Strong track record in leading marketing efforts for a B2C tech or digital product Hands-on experience with paid social, SEO/SEM, content, and performance marketing Able to develop brand from zero to scale, with a creative-first mindset Experienced in managing budgets and agency relationships Confident operating in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
Nice to Have Experience in wellness, healthtech, or AI-driven products Exposure to consumer psychology or emotional wellness sectors Familiarity with international expansion or multilingual audiences
