We are seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist with deep, technical knowledge of paid and organic social platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of guiding social strategy across multiple platforms in a fast-paced agency environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and other platforms. Provide strategic direction and platform expertise to support client goals and objectives. Analyze performance data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution of social initiatives. Stay current on social platform updates, tools, and best practices. Support multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in social media marketing. Extensive technical and strategic understanding of major social ad platforms. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts (5+). Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Proficient in interpreting and presenting performance data. Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working under tight deadlines. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Fast learner and collaborative team player. Agency experience strongly preferred. Candidates must be available to work in the office.
