One Full time Dental Assistants needed for high touch and technology general dentist practice. The office is located in the Keeaumoku and King Street area and we work M, Tu, W, and F.
We are not your typical dental office! All of our team members are high performing and are well compensated! We currently have three dental assistants but will be transitioning one of them into a laboratory role and need a new clinical assistant to fill her void.
Must be people and customer service oriented with a great and outgoing attitude. Attention to detail is a necessary trait. Excellent communication skills (telephone and in-person) are also required. More dental experience is preferred but training can be offered for the right person with a good attitude. One year of dental assisting experience is required. Great computer skills are welcomed.
Hourly pay will range from $18.50 to 26.00 per hour but negotiable based on experience and fit. In addition to a base hourly wage, our team enjoys the possibility of performance based daily cash bonuses and monthly bonuses. Our team members on average made $6.00 to $12 more per hour for the entire 2024 calendar year.
Our office procedures are heavy in surgery such as full mouth implants and bone grafting and also provides fillings, same day crowns, cosmetics, root canals, extractions, Invisalign, and single dental implants for our patients. We have Dentrix digital charting, digital x-rays, CEREC, Medit digital intra-oral scanner, ICAM photogrammetry for full arch dental implants, zirconia milling machine, and 3D printer technology in our office. Comfort with those procedures are a plus but are not necessary as we understand our office is quite unique in providing these services. However, we are looking for team members who are motivated to learn these procedures.
After a trial period is complete, benefits include medical, dental, paid holidays, and paid continuing education. After a qualifying period, 401K and profit sharing is also available. We have team performance bonuses offered to team members as well. Covered staff parking and business trip expense is provided.
