Role Overview Support packaging updates related to new company branding and legal entity changes following a Healthcare spin-off. Assist in production and execution of artwork, including small-scale design adaptations for packaging updates, labeling, and artwork specifications for projects ranging from simple to moderate in complexity. Ensure adherence to packaging guidelines to maintain artwork consistency and accuracy of design content. Support the pulling of artwork, redlines, and documentation of changes as required by the business. Enter packaging project data into Loftware Smartflow to initiate work with vendors. Manage artwork routing and timelines to successfully deliver updated artwork within deadlines. Adapt and work efficiently within established systems, processes, and approaches. Build and maintain key relationships essential for smooth project coordination. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Experience in design, art production, or a graphic arts related field. Knowledge of FDA regulations and uniform packaging laws. Understanding of the healthcare packaging industry. Ability to manage high volumes, shifting priorities, and tight timelines effectively. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Adaptability to use various systems and tools as needed. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) with at least two years of packaging graphics experience within the creative and/or printing industry, or High School Diploma with two years of packaging graphics experience within the creative and/or printing industry.
