Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies that reflect the organization’s mission and values while promoting trust, access, and equity.
Manage and oversee marketing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
Serve as a brand steward to ensure all external communications and materials align with established brand standards and organizational values.
Direct and execute marketing campaigns across advertising, social media, digital platforms, publications, and community outreach.
Develop and maintain consistent messaging that builds public trust and communicates the organization’s vision.
Communicate marketing goals, progress, and performance updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Manage marketing collateral, ordering systems, and content libraries to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
Prepare reports and dashboards on marketing performance metrics and recommend adjustments as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with media partners, community organizations, and sponsors to enhance visibility and reputation.
Plan and support community engagement initiatives and events that promote organizational values and impact.
Monitor competitor activities, community needs, and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with executives and department leaders to align marketing initiatives with organizational priorities.
Oversee or coordinate work with staff, contractors, or vendors as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing required; experience in nonprofit or mission-driven marketing preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders professionally.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or MailChimp preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to establish and interpret marketing metrics and KPIs.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt to shifting priorities.
